In this bet365 Sportsbook Review, I will evaluate various areas of the bet365 website and mobile applications to try and give a detailed description of how I believe they function. bet365 is one of the best-known betting companies in the UK and is seen by many as a ‘household name’, but how good are they?
bet365 offers one of the best ranges of any sporting betting company that I have seen be it American football, volleyball or even Esports. However, this needs to be backed up by support, offers and functionality, in my opinion, to make a top bookie so of course there will be pros and cons as per all things in life.
bet365 has been deemed legitimate by various websites, trusted seals and reviewers although a quick search returns various issues within their website and mobile application, however, I could not find any substantially proven scams or fraud cases
One of the issues that I have read about is regarding the cash out function in which customers have reported clicking the cash out button and the bet not being cashed out. This, if it is to be believed, has led to bets being completed and the money being taken after the user has reportedly clicked the button, essentially not registering that a user has cashed out the bet at all.
There are various methods available for depositing and withdrawing money - all listed on the bet365 website - however, it is only possible to withdraw funds from your account the same way you deposited them into it. E.g. I personally use PayPal so when I deposit money using this method I also received my withdrawals via PayPal as well, it is not possible to withdraw those funds via a Credit Card it must be done by PayPal. TS&Cs apply, see website for full details.
I have read that there have been some issues reported by customers withdrawing from a bet365 account one of which is the time it takes to withdraw money to all methods. I have found that the withdrawals I have made have been received within the timelines listed on the bet365 website. So I can only assume that customers are not aware of the differing timelines for withdrawal methods or possibly that they only able to withdraw via the method you deposited with.
Checking the bet365 website I saw that there several methods to get in contact with the customer service team should none of the countless FAQ’s be of use. The methods listed and availability on the bet365 website are:
I personally have used the live chat function and freephone which on the occasions that I have used have been satisfied with the answers and courteous response.
The Live Chat provided by bet365 put me directly in touch with a bet365 Customer Advisor which I found very efficient as I the customer got my question straight to a knowledgeable member of staff. Wait times have varied for me and I have had to wait in a queue till an advisor became available, but this, to be honest, I expected as it was at peak times. The information that has been given by the advisors to me is nearly always accurate allowing me the customer to get my queries quickly resolved. The overall quality of this service I have found excellent with advantages being that it was the easiest and fastest way to get the information I needed be it an account query or clarification on the terms and conditions regarding a current bet.
I have been able to live stream at bet365 which I have also found to be a great feature of their App. It allows me to access to a sport/match that may not be available via my normal broadcasters and make more knowledgeable In-Play bets.
The betting In-play feature at bet365 is superb and gives me options such as Cash Out, Auto Cash Out and Partial Cash Out on an array of live sporting events.I thoroughly recommend that you should give it a go if you have not already.
I love the bet365 mobile app which is full of the features available online via a desktop but on the go. I find the app easy to use and it has become my most common way to place a bet, deposit and withdraw. The In-play betting and live streaming is also available via the app making it every aspect of my betting life so convenient
