Get a £10 Refund if Your Horse Loses by a Head or Less
10Bet is offering horseracing bettors a chance to get up to £10 as a refund when the winner beats the selected horse to a second position by a head of shorter distance. All they do is to email support with the bet ID and write the words ‘head or less money back’ on the subject line.
What Games are Eligible for the Competition?
The free bets at 10Bet are open to all horseracing competitions on the site. However, for the bet to be eligible, it should be an Each Way or Win bet. Besides, the said bet should be a real money bet. If the player decides to cash out on a bet or the bookmaker voids the selection, the bet is not eligible for a cashback. The promotion also does not cover draws, cancelled, freebets, tricast and forecast bets.
If the player requests a withdrawal after placing the bet, 10Bet cancels the bet eligibility of the placed bet. Where there is a deadbeat in the second position in the race in question, all bets on either of the two horses are eligible for a refund. However, if there is a deadbeat in the winner position, the bookmaker does not consider the bet for the refund. Besides, the distance between the winner and the second should be 0.2 of a length or less. 10Bet uses the official results when determining eligibility if the bet in question.
Players must request a refund within seven days after the completion of the game. If the bet is eligible for a refund, the bookmaker will fund the account within 24 hours. The bonus is usually 100% of the qualifying bet amount up to £10. Players can only claim the promotion once per horseracing event. Where there is a claim for several games in an event, the bookmaker will consider the first eligible claim.
Where the player places an Each Way bet, the offer works for the win part of the bet. 10Bet settles the Place part according to the race terms and conditions. The free bets at 10Bet are only valid for horseracing games with odds of between 1.80 and 8.0 (4/5 to 7/1). Players must wager the free bets within seven days of the award. If they do not, the bookmaker will remove the amount from their accounts. Besides, they must bet the entire amount in a single selection. If a player places a portion of the bonus, the sportsbook removes the remaining amount from the account.
